조 전 대표는 이날 자신의 페이스북 글을 통해 "어느 경우건 국정농단 사태로 가는 판도라의 상자가 열렸다"고 했다.

고위공직자범죄수사처는 최근 도이치모터스 주가 조작 사건의 공범 이모 씨가 임성근 전 해병대 1사단장의 구명을 도왔다고 주변에 자랑했다는 취지의 녹음파일을 확보한 것으로 알려졌다.

녹음 파일에는 이모 씨가 지난해 7~8월 변호사 A씨에게 임 전 사단장 거취 문제를 두고 "절대 사표 내지 마라.내가 VIP에게 얘기하겠다"고 말했다는 내용이 담긴 것으로 알려졌다.

이와 관련해 조 전 대표는 임 전 사단장이 김건희 여사와 인연이 있는 이모 씨를 통해 '구명 로비'를 한 게 아니냐는 의혹을 제기한 것으로 보인다.

VIP는 통상 대통령을 지칭하는 용어인데 조 전 대표는 대통령이 브이원(VIP1)이라면,바르셀로나 레알김 여사는 브이투(VIP2)가 아니라 브이제로(VIP0)가 아니냐는 주장도 제기해왔다．
