ek리그챔피언십 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

청약통장 하나쯤 갖고 계시죠.

오는 9월부터 공공분양주택 청약에서 인정되는 월 납입액 한도가 지금의 10만 원에서 25만 원으로 크게 오릅니다.

그런데 시민들은 달갑지 않다는 반응인데요.

왜 그런지,ek리그챔피언십오유림 기자가 취재했습니다.

현재 청약통장에는 매달 최소 2만 원에서 50만 원까지 넣을 수 있습니다.

이 가운데 공공분양주택을 청약할 때 인정되는 납입액은 월 10만 원까지입니다.

대부분 이 한도까지만 저축하는데,ek리그챔피언십예금 금리도 낮은 데다 청약 때까지 자금이 장기간 묶이기 때문입니다.

"(매달) 10만원도 사실 직장인들이 내기에는 좀 큰 금액이라고 생각하거든요."

오는 9월부터는 이 납입액 한도가 월 25만 원으로 올라갑니다.

정부는 지난 41년 동안의 물가 상승률 등을 반영했다고 밝혔습니다.

월 25만 원씩 저축하면,ek리그챔피언십총급여 7천만 원 이하 무주택자의 경우 3백만 원까지 소득공제 혜택도 볼 수 있습니다.

"그간 가구소득 상승과 소득공제 한도 등을 고려해서 월 10만 원에서 25만 원으로 상향하도록 하겠습니다."

하지만 가입자들의 반응은 차갑습니다.

청약 경쟁에서 뒤쳐지지 않으려면 어쩔 수 없이 납입금을 매달 25만 원으로 더 늘려야 한다는 겁니다.

"(청약통장) 혜택이 제가 내야 되는 금액의 두 배 이상 대비해서 크게 이득이 없다라고 생각하면 안 할 수도 있을 것 같습니다."

정부가 납입한도를 크게 올린 배경엔 청약통장 가입자가 줄었다는 점도 있습니다.

청약통장에 쌓인 자금은 서민 주거를 위한 주택도시기금으로 쓰이는데 여유 자금이 2년 3개월 새 35조 원 넘게 급감했습니다.

"아무래도 관련한 청약통장의 불입 금액이 증가하게 되면 기금의 자금 확보나 공급에도 보다 유용하게 쓰일 것으로 판단됩니다."

지난 4월 기준 청약 통장 가입자 수는 2년 전보다 143만 명 감소했습니다.
