지난해 서울 강남 한복판에서 40대 여성을 납치해 살해한 혐의로 무기징역을 선고받은 주범 2명에게 무기징역이 확정됐다.

11일 대법원 1부(주심 노태악 대법관)는 강도살인 등 혐의로 기소된 이경우(37)와 황대한(37)에게 무기징역을 선고한 원심판결을 확정했다.

또 공범인 연지호(31)는 징역 25년형,범행 배후인 유상원(52),카지노 브로황은희(50) 부부는 각각 8년형,6년형이 확정됐다.

대법원은 검사와 피고인들의 상고 이유를 검토해 봤지만,원심에 법리를 오해한 부분이 없었고 양형도 부당하지 않았다고 판단했다.

앞서 이경우와 황대한,카지노 브로연지호 3인조는 작년 3월 29일 오후 11시 46분쯤 서울 강남구 역삼동 피해자 A씨의 주거지 인근에서 그를 납치,카지노 브로강제로 마약류 마취제 등을 주사해 살해했다.

이들은 납치 후 유상원과 함께 A씨로부터 코인을 빼앗으려다가 실패하자 살해한 뒤,대전 대덕구 야산에 구덩이를 파고 시체를 암매장했다.

함께 재판에 넘겨진 유상원,황은희 부부는 A씨를 통해 가상화폐 업체에 31억 원을 투자했다가 투자금을 돌려받지 못하자 가상 자산을 빼앗자고 제안한 이경우에게 7천만 원을 건네며 범행을 모의한 것으로 드러났다.
