삼성전자 최대 노조인 전국삼성전자노동조합(전삼노)이 총파업을 선언했다.

전삼노는 1일 오후 전영현 디바이스솔루션(DS)부문장과 간담회를 진행했으나 합의점에 이르지 못했다고 밝혔다.

전삼노가 요구한 전 직원에 대한 휴가 1일과 2024년 연봉협상에 서명하지 않은 조합원에 대한 정당한 보상을 사측이 거절했다는 이유에서다.

전삼노는 이날 유튜브 방송을 통해 "사측 제시안은 조합원,디비전코인대의원,디비전코인집행부 모두를 분노케 했으며,디비전코인더 이상의 평화적인 쟁의 행위는 무의미하다"면서 "집행부는 2만 8000여 명의 조합원에게 총파업의 명을 내린다"고 밝혔다.

전삼노의 조합원은 지난달 말 기준 2만 8397명으로 전 직원의 23.6% 수준이다.이들 중 대다수가 생산라인이 쉼 없이 가동되는 반도체 사업 DS부문 소속인 것으로 알려졌다.

한편 전삼노와 사측은 지난 1월부터 교섭을 이어갔지만 현재까지 입장 차이를 좁히지 못하고 있다.
