경찰은 군기훈련을 지시한 지휘관들의 군기훈련 규정 위반 의혹이 어느 정도 사실로 알려진 만큼 소환 조사 절차에 들어간 것으로 풀이된다.

한편 A중대장의 경우 경찰에서 담당하고 있는 수사 사건이외에도 의료전문가와 시민단체들의 고발에 따라 살인 혐의 등으로 입건된 상태다.
