다만 오피스텔까지 포함할 경우 지난해 11월 240억원에 팔린 송파구 신천동 '롯데월드타워앤드롯데월드몰'(시그니엘 레지던스) 전용면적 483.96㎡(68층)의 기록을 깨지는 못했습니다.

나인원한남은 지난달 서울서부지방법원에서 열린 경매에서 전용면적 244㎡가 감정가(108억5천만원)의 104.8%인 113억7천만원에 낙찰되면서 공동주택 역대 최고 낙찰가를 기록하기도 했습니다.

2019년 입주한 이 아파트는 총 341가구 규모의 저층 단지입니다.

2018년 분양가 상한제를 피하기 임대 후 분양전환 조건으로 공급됐습니다.당시 임대 보증금만 33억∼48억원(월 임대료 70만∼250만원)에 달했고,포인트 카지노 프로모션2년 뒤 3.3㎡당 평균 6천100만원에 분양 전환됐습니다.
