제주도 목욕탕서 몰래촬영 소동
中 관광객 "신기해서 촬영했다"제주 목욕탕에서 불법 촬영을 한 혐의를 받는 60대 중국인 관광객이 경찰에 붙잡혔다.

8일 제주서부경찰서는 성폭력 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(카메라 등 이용촬영) 중국인 관광객 A씨(60)를 입건했다고 밝혔다.

앞서 A씨는 전날(7일) 오전 11시쯤 제주시에 위치한 목욕탕에서 목욕하고 있던 여성들을 불법 촬영하다 붙잡혔다.피해자들의 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰은 A씨의 휴대전화에서 불법 촬영물을 확인해 현행범으로 A씨를 검거했다.

경찰 조사에서 A씨는 "목욕탕이 신기해서 촬영했다"고 진술한 것으로 알려졌다.경찰은 A씨에 대한 출국 정지 신청을 하고 추가 조사를 벌이겠다고 밝혔다.

한편 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제14조(카메라 등을 이용한 촬영)를 보면,로또1098회카메라나 그 밖에 이와 유사한 기능을 갖춘 기계장치를 이용하여 성적 욕망 또는 수치심을 유발할 수 있는 사람의 신체를 촬영대상자의 의사에 반하여 촬영하는 것이 구성요건이다.해당 죄를 저지르면 7년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처할 수 있다.
