[서울=뉴시스]최서진 기자 = 검찰이 불법 촬영 혐의를 받고 있는 축구선수 황의조(32·알란야스포르)씨를 불구속 상태로 재판에 넘겼다.

11일 법조계에 따르면 서울중앙지검 여성아동범죄조사1부(부장 김지혜)는 피해자 2명에 대해 상대방 동의 없이 여러 차례에 걸쳐 사생활 영상을 촬영하거나 영상통화를 녹화한 혐의를 받는 황씨를 성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(카메라등이용촬영)죄로 불구속 기소했다.

앞서 검찰은 지난달 20일 황씨를 피의자로 불러 조사했다.

앞서 지난해 6월 사회관계망서비스(SNS)를 중심으로 황씨의 사생활을 폭로하는 글과 영상이 올라와 논란이 불거졌고,경기출장안마황씨 측은 신원미상의 유포자를 고소했다.

경찰은 유포된 황씨의 영상을 분석하는 과정에서 불법 촬영 정황이 있다고 보고 수사에 나섰다.이후 지난 2월 황씨를 서울중앙지검에 송치했다.

황씨 형수는 사생활 영상을 유포하고 협박한 혐의 등으로 기소됐고,경기출장안마지난달 26일 항소심에서도 징역 3년을 선고받았다.

검찰은 "디지털성범죄에 엄정 대응하고,경기출장안마피해자 보호 및 지원에도 최선을 다할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
