서울시 자료를 보면 4.6대 1의 경쟁률을 뚫고 선정된 10가구 가운데 6가구는 맞벌이 다자녀 가정으로,선정된 가정 가운데 92%는 7세 이하 어린이가 있었습니다.

지역별로는 43%가 서초와 강남,웨이리오송파에 위치했는데 이는 필리핀 가사관리사에게 국내 최저임금이 적용돼 가계 부담이 컸기 때문으로 보입니다.

필리핀 가사관리사들은 주로 아이 돌봄 업무를 맡게 되지만,웨이리오각 가정별로 희망서비스 업무를 사전에 협의하게 됩니다.

고용노동부와 서울시는 시범사업 기간 서비스 제공기관과 함께 민원·고충처리 창구를 운영하며 민원에 대응하고 이용자 만족도를 모니터링해나갈 예정입니다.
