29일 연합뉴스에 따르면 춘천지법 형사3단독 박성민 부장판사는 공연음란,메이저우 하카방실침입미수 혐의로 기소된 A(49)씨에게 벌금 500만원을 선고하고,메이저우 하카40시간의 성폭력 치료프로그램 이수를 명령했다.

A씨는 지난해 7월24일 인제 한 호텔 복도에서 알몸으로 각 호실 손잡이를 잡아당기며 돌아다녔다.B(36)씨와 C(43)씨가 투숙하고 있는 호실 손잡이를 여러 차례 흔들거나 문을 두드리기도 했다.

약식명령에 불복해 정식재판을 청구한 A씨 측은 재판 과정에서 “몽유병이 있어 화장실을 가려고 했다”고 주장했다.

법원은 A씨가 몽유병으로 진료받은 사실이 없는데다 A씨 객실 안에 화장실이 있지만 운동화를 신고 밖으로 나온 점,메이저우 하카출동한 경찰이 당시 A씨가 만취 상태가 아니었고 의사소통이 원활했다고 증언한 점을 토대로 혐의가 인정된다고 판단했다.
