A씨는 2022년 4월 천안 한 새마을금고에서 법인계좌를 개설하고 통장과 OTP 카드 등 접근 매체를 시외버스터미널 택배 서비스를 이용해 신원미상의 인물에게 보낸 혐의도 받는다.

박 부장판사는 "동종 전과가 수회 있을 뿐만 아니라 가석방 기간이 지난 지 불과 약 8개월 만에 범행을 저질렀다"며 "이 사건으로 수사받던 중에도 전자금융거래법 위반 범행을 저지르고 선고기일 도주하기도 했다"고 지적했다.

다만 업무방해 혐의에 대해서는 증거 부족을 이유로 무죄를 선고했다.
