이런 가가운데 이달 교통호재 수혜가 기대되는 신규 공급도 이어진다.대표 사업장으로는 대전시 대덕구 일원‘쌍용 더 플래티넘 네이처’(총 745가구 중 전용 59~84㎡ 334가구 일반분양),부산 사상구 일원‘더샵 리오몬트’(전용 39~84㎡ 1305가구) 등이 있다.

쌍용 더 플래티넘 네이처는 인근에는 읍내역(가칭)이 들어선다.이 노선은 올해 착공 예정으로,무료 페니 슬롯대전 전역을 연결하는 2호선 트램라인이다.개통 시점은 2028년 예정돼 있다.2025년 경부고속도로 회덕IC와 2026년 예정된 충청권 광역철도 회덕역까지 개통하면 입주민들은 대전 중심지는 물론 정부세종청사가 있는 세종시로 빠르게 이동할 수 있게 된다.

더샵 리오몬트는 도보 이용가능 거리에 사상~하단선 엄궁역이 2026년 개통을 목표로 개발이 추진 중이다.인근에서는 서부산과 부산 도심을 잇는 승학터널도 계획돼 있다.
