15일 서울중앙지검 여성아동범죄조사1부(부장검사 김지혜)는 이모씨 등 3명을 공연음란 혐의로 불구속기소 했다고 밝혔다.

이들은 지난해 10월 서울 압구정,야구 관중 웃긴짤홍대 등에서 행인들에게 상자 안에 들어간 여성 이씨의 가슴을 만지게 한 혐의를 받는다.해당 장면은 유튜브 등을 통해 공개했다.

이씨는 고루한 성문화를 깨는 퍼포먼스이자 행위 예술이라고 주장했으나,야구 관중 웃긴짤검찰은 검찰시민위원회의 의결을 거쳐 공연음란 혐의가 인정된다고 판단했다.

검찰은 "범죄에 상응하는 처벌이 이뤄지도록 공소 유지에 만전을 기하겠다"고 말했다.
