학원 숙제를 하지 않았다는 이유로 여학생의 목을 감아 뒤에서 껴안고,한화 유니폼 어센틱문제를 가르쳐주다 엉덩이를 때리는 등 수차례 강제 추행한 50대 학원강사가 집행유예를 선고받았다.

2일 법조계에 따르면 춘천지법 원주지원 형사1부(이수웅 부장판사)는 아동,청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 위반(강제추행) 혐의로 불구속기소된 50대 A씨에게 징역 2년에 집행유예 3년을 선고했다.

A씨는 지난해 1월 원주시의 한 학원에서 수강생인 10대 B양의 손과 어깨를 주무르는 등 강제 추행한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.

또 A씨는 같은해 B양이 숙제를 하지 않았다는 이유로 양팔로 목 부위를 감싸는 '헤드록'을 걸고 뒤에서 껴안아 추행한 사실도 있다.

뿐만 아니라 학원에서 교과목 문제를 가르쳐 주다 손바닥으로 B양의 엉덩이를 한 차례 때렸고,한화 유니폼 어센틱B양의 팔을 잡아당겨 허리를 감싸는 등 모두 네차례에 걸쳐 추행했다.

재판부는 "자신이 가르치던 학생을 여러 차례 추행한 것으로 죄질이 나쁘고 이 사건으로 인해 상당한 성적 불쾌감과 정신적 충격을 받은 것으로 보인다"고 판시했다.

이어 "다만 범행 과정에서 피해자를 폭행하거나 협박하는 등의 유형력을 행사한 정황은 확인되지 않고,한화 유니폼 어센틱성폭력 범죄 또는 벌금형을 초과하는 형사처벌을 받은 전력이 없는 점 등을 고려해 형을 정했다"고 설명했다.

A씨는 1심 판결에 불복해 항소장을 제출했다.
