어제 초복을 맞아 경북의 한 경로당에서 단체로 점심 식사를 했는데,3명이 의식을 잃고 중태에 빠졌습니다.

점심 식사는 익힌 오리 불고기였는데,렉싱턴경찰은 식중독이 아닐 가능성도 염두에 두고 수사하고 있습니다.

경북 봉화군 봉화읍의 한 할머니 경로당.

밤늦도록 경찰이 현장 감식을 진행 중입니다.

이 경로당 어르신 51명 중 41명이 초복을 맞아 인근 오리고기 전문점에서 단체로 점심 식사를 한 뒤,3명이 의식을 잃었습니다.

식사 후 1시간도 채 지나지 않은 시점이었습니다.

"손발이 오그라들어 가고 다리가 뻣뻣해지면서 (입에서) 뿌옇고 끈적한 물이 나오는데,들숨을 안 쉬더라고."

중태에 빠진 어르신 3명은 현재 안동병원 중환자실로 옮겨졌고,렉싱턴인공호흡기를 달고 있습니다.

봉화군은 일단 음식과 식기 등의 환경 검체와 인체 검체를 모두 채취해 경북보건환경연구원에 식중독 검사를 의뢰했습니다.

[봉화군보건소 관계자]
"그 한 테이블에 다섯 분이 같이 드셨는데,(60~70대) 세 분이 그래요.(80대) 두 분도 검체를 했는데 지금 괜찮으시거든요.증상은 없거든요."

같은 음식을 먹고 공교롭게도 회장단 등 3명만 쓰러졌고,증세도 설사와 복통,구토 같은 일반적 식중독 증세와는 달랐습니다.

음식도 오리고기 불고기로 익힌 상태였고,반찬은 대부분 채소였습니다.

경찰은 식중독이 아닐 수도 있다고 보고 수사에 들어갔습니다.

감식 결과를 국립과학수사연구원에 의뢰하고,경로당과 식당 CCTV를 확보해 분석하고 있습니다.
