포항시는 두 지역살이 분야에 선정돼 문화예술인 대상으로 장기읍성 내에 유휴 가옥을 활용한 특색 있는 테마별 거주 공간을 조성하고 특화 프로그램 운영으로 생활 인구를 확대할 계획이다.

안동시는 워케이션 분야에 선정돼 구도심의 한옥을 활용해 이용자의 성향을 반영한 특색 있는 워케이션 공간을 조성하고 신규 유입되는 청장년과 지역주민과의 상생 연계프로그램과 청년 스타트업을 지원해 청년층 생활 인구를 확보할 계획이다.
