쿠팡 택배 대리점 90곳이 고용보험 등에 가입하지 않아 노동 당국에 적발됐습니다.

누락된 보험료가 47억 원에 이르렀습니다.

[리포트]

택배 근로자에 대한 고용보험에 미가입한 쿠팡 택배 대리점이 무더기로 적발됐습니다.

근로복지공단이 최근 5개월 동안 쿠팡 위탁 영업점 528곳 등을 조사한 결과,택배영업점 90곳이 산재보험,민락동 야구고용보험에 미가입한 것으로 드러났습니다.

이에 따라 근로복지공단은 미신고 근로자 등 4만 948명을 보험 가입 처리했다고 밝혔습니다.

또 누락된 산재보험료와 고용보험료 47억여 원을 부과했다고 덧붙였습니다.

이에 대해 쿠팡 측은 쿠팡 외 다른 물류회사와의 계약 중 발생한 보험 미가입도 이번 적발 건수에 포함된 걸로 알고 있다면서도,민락동 야구보험 가입이 미비한 걸로 드러난 일부 위탁업체와의 계약 해지 절차를 진행 중이라고 말했습니다.

근로복지공단은 과태료 2억 9600만 원을 고용부에 부과 의뢰하고,민락동 야구택배 대리점 등에 대한 보험 미가입 조사를 강화할 예정입니다.
