신정동 1152번지 일대 재개발 허가

[서울=뉴시스] 박대로 기자 = 서울 양천구(구청장 이기재)는 신정동 1152번지 일대의 주택정비형 재개발정비사업 조합설립 인가를 시행함에 따라 이 일대를 4만4083㎡ 면적 956세대 규모 주거단지로 재탄생시킬 것이라고 18일 밝혔다.

이번 재개발 사업은 2023년 9월7일 정비구역 지정 이후 높은 주민 동의율(88.54%)을 바탕으로 추진됐다.

공공지원 조합 직접설립 제도를 통해 추진위원회 구성 단계를 생략하고 조합 설립 인가를 받아 사업 기간을 크게 단축할 수 있었다고 구는 설명했다.

그간 정비구역 지정부터 조합설립 인가까지 평균 3년2개월이 걸렸지만 새 제도 도입으로 9개월 만에 조합설립 인가 절차까지 완료했다.

구는 "이번 재개발 사업을 통해 목동의 우수한 학군과 계남근린공원의 쾌적한 자연환경을 동시에 누릴 수 있는 명품 주거단지로 탈바꿈할 예정"이라고 소개했다.

이기재 양천구청장은 "이번 조합설립 인가 시행으로 사업이 본격화되며 이 일대 주거환경이 크게 개선될 것으로 기대한다"며 "이번 사업이 신속하게 추진될 수 있도록 구에서도 행정적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 밝혔다．
