[헤럴드경제=고은결 기자] 서울 민간 아파트 분양가가 한달새 8% 이상 올랐다.전국 민간 아파트 분양가는 하락 전환 한달 만에 다시 상승했다.

15일 주택도시보증공사(HUG)의 민간아파트 분양가격 동향조사에 따르면 지난 6월 말 서울 아파트 ㎡당 평균 분양가는 1267만 6000원으로,토토 korwin3.3㎡당으로는 4190만 4000원이다.이는 전월(㎡당 1170만 6000원) 대비 8.28%,토토 korwin전년 동월(㎡당 967만 5000원) 대비로는 31.02% 상승한 금액이다.

HUG의 민간아파트 분양가격은 공표 직전 12개월간 분양보증서가 발급된 민간 분양사업장의 주택 중 상가와 오피스텔,토토 korwin조합원 분양 주택을 제외한 일반 분양주택의 평균 가격을 의미한다.

지난달에는 5대 광역시 및 세종시를 제외한 모든 권역에서 분양가가 올랐다.5대 광역시 및 세종시는 ㎡당 605만2000원으로 전월(602만3000원) 대비 0.49% 하락했지만 1년 전 보다는 16.55% 상승했다.

수도권 ㎡당 분양가는 전월(785만6000원) 대비 4.21% 오른 818만7000원이다.전년 동기(㎡당 684만4000원) 대비로는 19.63% 올랐다.3.3㎡당으로는 2706만 4000원이다.

기타지방 ㎡당 분양가는 445만4000원으로 전월대비 0.80%,토토 korwin전년 동월대비 11.35% 올랐다.

전국 아파트 ㎡당 분양가는 564만 4000원으로 전월(557만 4000원) 대비 1.26% 상승하며 한 달 만에 상승 전환했다.전년 동월(491만4000원) 대비로는 14.86% 올랐다.

한편 6월 전국 신규 분양 민간아파트 물량은 총 1만4291가구로 전년 동월(1만4436가구) 대비로는 1% 하락했다.

수도권 신규 분양 가구수는 총 7175가구,토토 korwin5대 광역시와 세종시는 총 4230가구,토토 korwin기타지방은 2886가구가 신규 분양됐다.
