다른 직원 월급 빼돌려 '코인 투자'

대한체육회에서는 지난해 말 횡령 사건이 벌어진 것으로 확인됐습니다.내부 감사 결과 한 직원이 다른 직원의 월급을 빼돌려 비트코인에 투자하고,축구 국가대표 월드컵 예선 일정선수촌 카드를 훔쳐 소고기를 사먹은 것으로 조사됐습니다.

대한체육회는 지난해 10월 외부전문가가 참여하는 감사팀을 꾸려 특정감사에 착수했습니다.

내부에서 법인카드 횡령 신고가 들어왔기 때문입니다.

감사결과 대한체육회 직원 A씨가 선수촌 운영부의 법인카드를 훔쳐 소고기 등 약 60만원어치를 사먹은 것으로 드러났습니다.

A씨가 문서를 위조한 정황도 포착됐습니다.

다른 부서에 자금이 필요한 것처럼 카카오톡 대화 내용을 꾸며내 140만원을 빼돌렸다는 겁니다.

이때 카카오톡 대화 내용을 허위로 조작할 수 있는 특정 어플리케이션을 이용했다고 합니다.

A씨는 또 사내 메일을 조작해 다른 직원의 급여 약 350만원을 본인 계좌로 빼돌린 것으로도 조사됐는데,축구 국가대표 월드컵 예선 일정이 돈으로 비트코인에 투자한 것으로 알려졌습니다.

감사팀은 이밖에도 A씨가 법인카드 등을 사용해 일식집 등에서 공금 460만원가량을 임의로 썼다고 판단했습니다.

대한체육회는 A씨를 해고하고 횡령과 사기 등 혐의로 수사기관에 고발했습니다.

이어 관리 책임자도 징계 조치 했습니다.

대한체육회에선 2년 전 자체 정기 감사에서 용역 직원에 대한 갑질 논란이 불거지기도 했습니다.

1년으로 계약한 선수식당 조리원을 20일 만에 해고한 게 문제가 됐습니다.

감사팀은 "윗선에 대한 공식 보고 없이 무단으로 해고시켰다"며 "해고 절차에 대한 개선이 필요하다"고 지적했습니다.
