매입가의 45%,바르셀로나 카디스62억원 대출배우 김우빈(본명 김현중·34)이 빅히트뮤직 옛 사옥의 주인이 됐다.

중앙일보는 25일 대법원 등기등본을 확인한 결과 김우빈이 지난 11일 자신의 명의로 서울 강남구 논현동 소재 빌딩을 매입했다고 보도했다.

이 건물은 빅히트뮤직이 지난 2007~2011년까지 통으로 임차해 사옥으로 사용했다.BTS 멤버들이 K팝 대표 그룹으로 성장한 곳이기도 하다.빅히트는 이후 2018년 삼성동으로 사옥을 이전했다.이어 2020년 하이브로 사명을 변경하고 용산으로 거취를 옮겼다.현재 이 건물엔 시설물 유지 관리 업체 등이 들어서 있다.

매입가는 137억원으로 알려졌다.건물은 지하 2층,바르셀로나 카디스지상 5층 규모로 대지면적은 315.5m²(95.4평),연면적은 1316.84m²(398.34평)다.

김우빈은 건물에 채권최고액 74억 4000만원의 근저당권을 설정했다.통상 대출금의 120% 수준에서 채권최고액이 설정되는 것을 감안하면,바르셀로나 카디스김우빈은 매입가의 45%인 62억원을 대출받은 것으로 추산된다.

지난 3월 29일 부동산 매매 계약을 체결한 김우빈은 3개월 만에 소유권 이전 등기를 마친 것으로 알려졌다.

김우빈은 지난 2017년 비인두암 진단받고 투병 생활로 잠시 활동을 중단했다.이후 2022년 완치 후 건강히 복귀해 활동을 이어온 그는 김은숙 작가의 신작인 넷플릭스 새 오리지널 시리즈 '다 이루어질지니'를 차기작으로 준비 중이다.
