서울시는 신혼부부 주거비 부담을 줄이고 저출생 문제를 해결하기 위해‘신혼부부 임차보증금 이자지원’사업의 혜택을 늘린다고 25일 밝혔다.

지원대상은 결혼 7년 이내 무주택 신혼부부,유소년 야구바지6개월 이내 결혼 예정인 무주택 예비 신혼부부다.기존에는 부부합산 연소득이 9700만원 이하였으나,유소년 야구바지이번에 1억3000만원 이하로 기준을 완화했다.

국토교통부 신생아 특례대출과 달리 자녀가 없는 신혼부부도 이용할 수 있다는 것도 장점이다.

소득에 따른 지원 금리도 확대된다.

서울 신혼부부 평균 소득구간(2022년 기준 연소득 8060만원)에 해당하는 신혼부부는 2.0%의 이자 지원 금리 혜택을 받을 수 있다.기존에는 0.9%~1.2% 지원 금리가 적용됐다.

다자녀 신혼부부는 혜택이 더 크다.다자녀 추가 금리 지원이 기존에 최대 0.6%(자녀당 0.2%)에서 최대 1.5%(자녀당 0.5%)로 두 배 이상 확대됐다.

소득에 따른 금리 지원(최대 3%)와 다자녀 추가 금리 지원(1.5%)을 최대로 받게 되면 최대 4.5% 지원을 받을 수 있다.

시와 협약을 맺은 국민·신한·하나은행은 신혼부부 임차보증금 이자지원 대출의 가산금리를 1.6%에서 1.45%로 낮추기로 했다.

가산금리 인하로 인한 지원 효과는 연간 약 70억∼80억원에 달할 것으로 추산된다.

신혼부부 임차보증금 이자지원은 서울에 거주하는 무주택 신혼부부가 시와 협약을 맺은 은행에서 임차보증금을 대출받을 때 서울시가 이자 일부를 지원해 주는 사업이다.

추가 지원 혜택은 시행일인 내달 30일 이후 신규 대출 신청자와 기존 대출 연장 신청자부터 적용된다.보증금 7억원 이내 주택 또는 주거용 오피스텔 거주 예정자들이 이용할 수 있다.
