진주시,포틀랜드 날씨한국창업보육협회·진주 K-기업가정신재단과 MOU 체결

경남 진주시가 진주 K-기업가정신을 국내외로 확산해 청년 창업생태계 조성에 박차를 가할 전망이다.

시는 8일 개최된‘진주 K-기업가정신 청년 포럼’환영 만찬에서 진주 K-기업가정신 확산을 위해 진주 K-기업가정신재단,포틀랜드 날씨한국창업보육협회와 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이날 협약 체결 자리에는 조규일 진주시장,김종욱 진주 K-기업가정신재단 회장,이광근 사단법인 한국창업보육협회,포틀랜드 날씨이승현 한국무역협회 부회장,김명주 경상남도 경제부지사,포틀랜드 날씨황인혁 매일경제신문 부국장,진주 K-기업가정신 청년 포럼 참가자인 전국 대학생과 청년 기업인 등 100여 명이 함께했다.

이번 협약은 진주 K-기업가정신의 세계적 확산과 혁신적인 창업생태계 육성을 위해 상호 교류와 협력 증진을 목적으로 이루어졌다.

협약의 주요 내용은 진주 K-기업가정신 세계적 확산,포틀랜드 날씨진주 K-기업가정신 포럼 개최 상호 협력,포틀랜드 날씨창업보육 인력 진주 K-기업가정신 교육,중소기업 창업지원과 혁신적인 창업생태계 육성 추진 등이다.

조규일 시장은 “진주시는 진주 K-기업가정신의 확산을 통해 다보스 포럼과 같은 국제 경제 포럼의 메카이자 청년 창업의 중심지가 되도록 노력할 것”이라며 청년들이 진주 K-기업가정신을 품에 안고 꿈과 열정을 맘껏 펼쳐 글로벌 4대 기업의 성공 신화가 계속되기를 바란다”고 말했다.

김종욱 진주 K-기업가정신재단 회장은 “지난해 오늘은 진주 K-기업가정신재단이 진주시에서 공식적인 출범을 알린 날이다”며 “우리는 진주 K-기업가정신을 세계로 확산하고 대한민국의 새로운 경제 재도약을 목표로 쉼 없이 달려왔고 오늘의 자리를 통해 청년들에게 진주 K-기업가정신을 고취하고 창업의 꿈을 확산할 수 있는 선배 기업인으로서의 경험을 공유할 수 있길 바란다”고 전했다.

이광근 한국창업보육협회 회장은 “진주 K-기업가정신의 핵심 가치들은 창업을 하는 데 있어 가장 우선시해야 하는 경영 이념인데 진주 K-기업가정신의 확산은 지역경제 활성화의 핵심인 창업보육 활성화와 깊은 관련이 있다”고 강조했다.
