내일부터 어린이집과 유치원,초·중·고등학교 경계로부터 30미터 안에서 흡연이 금지되며,이를 어길 경우 10만 원 이하의 과태료를 내야 합니다.

보건복지부는 지금까지 어린이집과 유치원 주변 10미터 이내까지 금연 구역이었지만,첼시 오시멘국민건강증진법 개정안이 시행되면서 금연 구역이 확대되거나 새로 지정됐다고 밝혔습니다.

이번 조치로 각 시·군·구청은 교육 시설의 경계 30미터 이내가 금연 구역임을 알리는 표지를 건물 담장과 벽면,첼시 오시멘보도 등에 설치해야 합니다.
