[헤럴드경제=윤호 기자]검찰이 불법 촬영 혐의를 받고 있는 축구선수 황의조(32)씨를 재판에 넘겼다.

서울중앙지검 여성아동범죄조사1부(부장검사 김지혜)는 성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법 위반(카메라 등 이용촬영) 혐의로 황씨를 불구속기소했다고 11일 밝혔다.

검찰에 따르면 황씨는 2명의 피해여성에 대해 상대방 동의 없이 여러 차례에 걸쳐 사생활 영상을 촬영하거나 영상통화를 녹화한 혐의를 받고 있다.

검찰은 “피해자들의 2차 피해를 방지하기 위해 구체적인 범죄 혐의는 공개하지 않는다”며 “공소 유지에 만전을 기하는 한편 디지털성범죄에 엄정 대응하고 피해자 보호와 지원에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

앞서 지난해 6월 자신이 황씨의 전 연인이라고 주장하는 인물이 SNS를 통해 황씨의 사생활을 폭로하는 글과 영상을 올렸다.황씨 측은 신원미상의 유포자를 고소했으나,신규슬롯사이트 dc경찰 수사 과정에서 해당 인물이 황씨의 친형수 A씨로 밝혀졌다.재판에 넘겨진 A씨는 1심에서 징역 3년을 선고 받았다.
