(서울=연합뉴스) 김현수 기자 = 셀트리온이 유럽연합집행위원회로부터 자가면역질환 치료제 '램시마SC'의 투여 요법 추가,수액 맞고 샤워용량 증량 등에 대한 변경 허가 승인을 받았다고 4일 밝혔다.

램시마SC는 셀트리온이 개발한 인플릭시맙 성분 자가면역질환 치료용 바이오시밀러(바이오의약품 복제약) '램시마'의 피하주사(SC) 제형이다.

셀트리온은 크론병,수액 맞고 샤워궤양성 대장염 환자를 대상으로 진행한 램시마SC 글로벌 임상을 토대로 이번 승인을 받았다고 전했다.

이에 따라 두 질환 환자를 대상으로 정맥주사(IV)를 3회 투약한 뒤 10주부터 램시마SC를 투약할 수 있게 됐다.

기존에는 IV를 2회 투약하고 6주부터 램시마SC 유지 요법을 적용했다.

아울러 램시마SC 120㎎을 투약하고 효력이 감소한 크론병 환자를 대상으로 240㎎까지 증량 투여도 가능해졌다.

셀트리온 관계자는 "환자 맞춤형 처방 확대로 램시마SC의 경쟁력이 한층 강화돼 시장 점유율 확대로 이어질 것"이라며 "유럽 환자들에게 보다 유연한 선택권과 편리한 자가 투여의 기회를 제공할 수 있게 됐다"고 전했다.
