[미래에셋자산운용 제공] 미래에셋자산운용은 'TIGER 리츠부동산인프라 상장지수펀드(ETF)' 순자산이 5000억원을 돌파했다고 13일 밝혔다.

전날 종가 기준 이 ETF의 순자산은 5266억원으로 집계됐다.국내 상장된 리츠(REITs) ETF 중 최대 규모다.지난해 말 3285억원이었던 순자산이 7개월여 만에 2000억원 가량 증가했다.연초 이후 개인 누적 순매수 규모는 818억원에 달한다.

TIGER 리츠부동산인프라 ETF는 2019년 7월 상장한 국내 최초 리츠 ETF다.국내 상장된 리츠와 인프라,챔피언스리그 유로파부동산펀드 중 시가총액 2000억원 이상의 우량 자산을 선별해 분산투자한다.미래에셋자산운용은 리츠에서 나오는 임대료를 기초로 매월 분배금을 지급한다.연환산 분배율은 7.2% 수준이다.

오동준 미래에셋자산운용 전략ETF운용본부 팀장은 "금리 인하에 따른 자본 조달 비용 감소로 수익성 개선이 예상된다"며 "리츠 활성화 방안 등 정책적 지원이 더해져 리츠 시장 투자 환경 개선이 이루어지고 있다"고 말했다.
