큐텐 셀러 일부도 지연 호소…“확인 후 지급처리,브리티 코파일럿이후 유사 건수 발생 시 개별 확인”

[디지털데일리 왕진화 기자] 싱가포르 기반 전자상거래(이커머스) 기업 큐텐과 계열사 위메프 등의 입점 판매자들 사이에서 판매 대금 정산이 정상적으로 이뤄지지 않고 있다는 불만이 제기됐다.

11일 유통업계에 따르면 티몬·위메프의 판매자들이 모인 한 인터넷 커뮤니티엔 올 초부터 큐텐에서 판매 대금을 정산받지 못했다는 글이 올라왔다.

주로 큐텐의 해외 직접판매(역직구) 플랫폼에 입점한 국내 판매자들이다.1만명이 넘는 전체 판매자 중 수백명 규모의 셀러가 제때 정산받지 못했다.미정산 금액이 적게는 수백만원,브리티 코파일럿많게는 수억원대로 알려졌다.

위메프는 이날 사과문을 공지한 뒤 셀러들에게 조속한 해결을 약속했다.위메프 관계자는 “정산 시스템 오류로 일부 셀러들에게 대금 지급 지연이 발생했으나 빠르게 복구 작업을 하면서 12일까지 완료할 예정”이라고 말했다.

큐텐에 입점한 셀러의 일부도 대금 정산 지연을 호소했다.큐텐 측은 복잡한 시스템으로 인해 발생한 문제라고 해명했다.큐텐 측은 “지난해 하반기 정산주기 변경과 자금세탁방지 정책 강화로 셀러 정산시기와 금액이 바뀌면서 약간의 혼선을 빚었다”며 “새로운 정책 적용에 있어 일부 셀러에게 일어난 정산 지연의 경우 확인해서 지급처리했고,브리티 코파일럿이후 유사한 건이 발생한다면 개별 확인해서 해결할 계획”이라고 말했다.

한편,브리티 코파일럿공정거래위원회(이하 공정위)는 위메프 측에 관련 문제의 소명을 요구한 것으로 알려졌다.공정위는 여기에,브리티 코파일럿중소 판매자들의 피해가 없도록 조속히 조처해달라고 요청했다.
