[헤럴드경제=서영상 기자]오피스텔 복도에서 소음으로 시비가 붙은 이웃집 여성을 폭행해 중상을 입힌 20대 남성 2명이 실형을 선고받았다.

인천지법 형사18단독 윤정 판사는 폭력행위 등 처벌에 관한 법률상 공동상해 혐의로 기소된 A(26)씨에게 징역 4개월을,마르세유 대 리옹B(26)씨에게 징역 2개월을 각각 선고했다고 6일 밝혔다.

A씨 등은 2022년 9월 1일 오전 1시 44분께 인천시 중구 오피스텔 복도에서 이웃집에 사는 30대 여성 B씨를 폭행해 다치게 한 혐의로 기소됐다.

이들은 오피스텔 복도에서 택배 물건을 벽에 던지던 B씨에게 조용히 해 달라고 했다가 발로 차이자 화가 나 범행한 것으로 조사됐다.

A씨 주먹에 얼굴을 8차례 맞은 B씨는 머리를 벽에 부딪혔고,마르세유 대 리옹뇌출혈로 병원에서 전치 6주 진단을 받았다.

윤 판사는 "피고인들은 피해자와 합의하지 못했다"며 "피해자는 이 사건으로 신체·정신적 고통을 겪은 것으로 보인다"고 판단했다.

다만 "피고인들이 잘못을 반성하고 있는 것으로 보인다"며 "과거에 처벌받은 전력이 없는 점 등도 고려했다"고 양형 이유를 밝혔다.
