8일 제약업계에 따르면 한미약품 감사위원회는 북경한미 부당내부거래 의혹과 관련해 업무 진단에 돌입했다.북경한미는 임종윤 이사가 최대 주주이자 회장으로 있는 코리그룹과 부당내부거래를 한 의혹을 받고 있다.코리그룹의 계열사인 룬메이캉이 북경한미가 생산한 의약품을 사들인 뒤 수수료를 붙여 수익을 냈다는 의혹이다.

이를 위중한 사안이라고 여긴 박지현 한미약품 사장은 지난 5일 임원진에 사실관계를 확인한 뒤 추가 조치를 진행할 것이라는 입장을 전했다.

한미약품 관계자는 "회사의 투명한 경영을 위해 북경 한미와 관련한 의혹은 해소해 나갈 것"이라고 말했다.
