살려달라고 애원하는 10대 자녀들을 살해한 혐의로 1심에서 징역 30년을 받은 아버지가 항소심에서 무기징역을 선고받았다.
부산고법 창원재판부 형사2부는 살인 등 혐의로 기소된 A씨에 대한 항소심에서 징역 30년을 선고한 원심을 파기하고,패트레온무기징역을 선고했다고 15일 밝혔다.
A씨는 지난해 8월 경남 김해시의 한 야산에 세워둔 차량에서 고등학생 딸과 중학생 아들을 살해한 혐의로 기소됐다.당시 A씨는 범행 전 자녀의 학교에 현장학습을 신청한 뒤,경남 남해와 부산 등을 함께 여행하고,패트레온아들로부터 "같이 여행 와줘서 고맙다.나중에 커서 보답하겠다"라는 말까지 들은 것으로 조사됐다.
