서울고법 형사2부(부장판사 설범식)은 지난달 27일 살인 방조 등 혐의로 기소된 A 씨에게 징역 10년을 선고했습니다.

A 씨는 지난 2월 1심인 인천지법에서 징역 5년을 선고받고 법정구속됐습니다.

또 "물에 뛰어들어 피해자를 다이빙하게 유도하고 구할 수 있었음에도 방치해 책임이 무겁다"고 지적했습니다.

A 씨는 지난 2019년 6월 경기도 가평군 계곡에서 이 씨와 조 씨가 이 씨의 남편 윤모 씨에게 다이빙을 강요해 죽음에 이르게 할 당시 방조한 혐의 등으로 기소됐습니다.

A 씨는 같은 재판에 유령법인 설립 및 대포통장 개설 혐의로도 넘겨졌는데 2심에서도 유죄를 선고받았습니다.

지난해 9월 대법원은 윤 씨를 살해한 혐의 등으로 기소된 이 씨에게 무기징역을,카지노 먹튀조 씨에게 징역 30년을 선고한 원심판결을 확정한 바 있습니다.
