기술보증기금(이하 '기보')은 2일 부산시청에서 부산시,귀취BNK금융지주와 '탄소저감 기술기업 금융비용 전부 지원을 위한 업무협약'을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 협약기관 간 긴밀한 협업체계를 구축하고,귀취성장 잠재력이 높은 기후테크 기업을 함께 지원해 탄소중립을 선도하기 위해 마련됐다.

협약에 따라 기보는 기술평가료와 보증료를,부산시와 BNK는 보증부대출 이자비용을 2년간 전액 지원한다.

이를 통해 탄소저감 기술기업의 기술사업화 부담을 경감시키고 부산지역 기후테크 산업을 육성할 계획이다.

그밖에 ESG경영 컨설팅 지원,귀취탄소감축활동 자가진단보고서 제공 등 탄소중립 활동을 종합적으로 지원한다.

지원 대상기업은 기보의 탄소가치평가보증 탄소감축유형 중 외부감축기업에 해당하는 부산 소재 중소기업이다.기업당 최대 5억원까지 지원받을 수 있고 BNK 자회사인 부산은행과 경남은행에서 대출이 가능하다.

앞서 정부는 지난 6월 탄소중립녹색성장위원회를 통해 '기후테크 산업 육성전략'을 발표했다.2030년까지 민관 합동으로 약 145조원을 투자해 기후테크 산업을 육성할 계획이다.

기보는 정부가 지정한 '그린 중소벤처기업 금융지원 전문기관'으로서 올해 탄소가치평가보증을 2023년 대비 20% 늘린 6천억원 규모로 확대한다.
