무역협회 조사…"물류비 직접 지원 등 필요"

(세종=연합뉴스) 차대운 기자 = 홍해 사태 장기화,유벤투스 대 사수올로 라인업중국발 물동량 증가 등으로 최근 글로벌 해상 운임이 가파르게 상승해 무역 업체들이 큰 부담을 느끼고 있다는 조사 결과가 나왔다.

한국무역협회는 573개 무역업체를 대상으로 진행한 설문 조사 결과 응답 기업의 83.3%가 현재 수출입 물류 애로를 겪고 있다고 답했다고 14일 밝혔다.

이번 조사는 지난달 21일부터 이달 5일까지 진행됐다.

구체적 애로로는 물류비 증가(40.1%,유벤투스 대 사수올로 라인업중복 응답 가능) 응답이 가장 많았고,유벤투스 대 사수올로 라인업선복 확보 차질(21.5%),유벤투스 대 사수올로 라인업잦은 운송 지연·변동(19.8%),유벤투스 대 사수올로 라인업공 컨테이너 부족(11.5%) 등이 뒤를 이었다.

응답 기업의 절반에 가까운 46.2%는 해상 운임 상승이 올해 말까지 지속될 것으로 전망했다.28.4%는 내년 상반기까지 이 같은 추세가 지속될 것으로 예상했다.

희망하는 지원 대책을 묻은 항목에서 업체들은 바우처 형식의 물류비 직접 지원(30.9%)을 가장 많이 꼽았다.이어 중소기업 전용 선복 제공 및 운임 할인(23.9%)과 항만 인근 물류창고 보관 지원(19.0%)을 선택한 업체가 많았다.

무역협회에 따르면 최근 미주 서안 노선의 상하이컨테이너운임지수(SCFI)는 지난 1월보다 약 3배 상승했다.

인도·동남아 노선을 운항하던 선박이 미주·유럽 노선에 대체 투입돼 선복 공급 부족으로 인한 인도·동남아 노선 운임도 빠르게 상승하는 추세다.

한국무역협회 이인호 상근부회장은 "물류비 상승 추이가 당분간 지속될 가능성이 커 민관이 힘을 합쳐 어려움을 극복해야 한다"며 "물류 리스크에 적기 대응해 수출 영향을 최소화할 수 있도록 정부와 함께 대응하겠다"고 말했다.
