[남원=뉴시스]강경호 기자 = 윷놀이를 방해하고 시비가 붙자 흉기를 휘두른 50대가 경찰에 붙잡혔다.

전북 남원경찰서는 살인미수 혐의로 A(50대)씨를 구속했다고 18일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난 14일 오후 4시 남원시 한 공원에서 B(60대)씨에게 흉기를 휘두른 혐의를 받고 있다.

당시 A씨는 술에 취한 채 공원을 걷다 B씨 일행이 공원에서 윷놀이를 하는 것을 보고는 이를 방해하다가 일행과 시비가 붙었다.

B씨가 "방해하지 말라"고 하자 A씨는 가지고 있던 흉기를 꺼내 B씨에게 휘두른 것으로 조사됐다.

B씨의 생명엔 다행히 지장이 없는 것으로 알려졌다.

A씨는 경찰 조사에서 "단순히 살짝만 대려 했다"는 내용의 진술만을 하고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.

경찰 관계자는 "A씨가 출소한 지 한 달밖에 되지 않아 보호관찰을 받고 있던 상태였다"며 "사안이 중대하고 도주 우려 등이 있어 A씨를 구속했다"고 말했다．
