삼성·LG전자 브랜드 판촉사원 파견 종료…90% 고용

(서울=연합뉴스) 성혜미 기자 = 롯데하이마트는 매장 영업직원 1천400명을 직접 고용해 다음 달 1일 전국 매장에 배치한다고 16일 밝혔다.

이번에 채용된 직원은 대부분 경력직 정규직이며,바카라사이트 홍보신입 사원도 일부 포함됐다.

롯데하이마트는 기존 삼성전자와 LG전자 브랜드 판촉사원들의 파견근무를 이달 30일 종료하기로 하고,바카라사이트 홍보지난 달 초부터 매장 영업직 공개채용 절차를 진행했다.

기존 롯데하이마트에서 근무하던 브랜드 판촉사원들은 다양한 경험과 노하우를 인정받아 90%가량이 이번 채용에 합격한 것으로 파악됐다.

롯데하이마트는 "정부 판촉사원 운영 지침을 준수하기 위한 근본적인 변화이며 가전양판점 본연의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 조치"라고 설명했다.

공정거래위원회는 지난 2020년 말 롯데하이마트가 자사에 파견된 가전업체 직원들에게 다른 가전업체 제품을 팔게 한 행위는 대규모유통업법에 위반된다며 시정명령과 함께 과징금 10억원을 부과했다.

롯데하이마트는 삼성·LG전자 브랜드 소속 판촉사원은 자사 제품 외에는 설명할 수 없어 대규모 영업 직원을 직접 고용하게 됐다고 설명했다.

회사 관계자는 "단계별 전문 교육을 통해 매장 영업직원을 가전 상품,바카라사이트 홍보서비스 전문 상담 인력으로 육성할 계획"이라고 말했다.

가전양판점은 경기 불황과 이커머스 공략 등의 영향으로 코로나19 팬데믹 이후 어려움을 겪고 있다.

롯데하이마트 점포는 2019년 말 466개로 정점을 찍고 지난 4월 333개로 133개가 줄었다.
