(서울=연합뉴스) 안정훈 기자 = 퇴직 후 취업을 보장받기로 하고 태양광 발전사업 편의를 봐준 전직 공무원이 재판에 넘겨졌다.

서울북부지검 국가재정범죄합수단(단장 이일규 부장검사)은 충남 태안군 공무원이었던 A씨를 뇌물수수 등의 혐의로 구속기소했다고 7일 밝혔다.

검찰에 따르면 A씨는 공무원 재직 시절 태안군 태양광 발전사업 실무를 총괄하며 B씨에게 각종 편의를 제공해주는 대가로 퇴직 후 B씨 회사에 취업해 연봉 5천500만원과 차량,오딜롱 코수누법인카드를 받기로 약속받은 혐의를 받는다.

또한 A씨는 B씨에게 변호사 시험에 합격한 딸이 로펌에서 연수를 받을 수 있도록 요구했는데,오딜롱 코수누검찰은 로펌이 A씨의 딸에게 지급해야 할 급여를 B씨가 대납해준 데 대해 뇌물수수 혐의를 적용했다.

A씨는 당시 태안군수와 담당 공무원 등이 자연훼손 등을 이유로 태양광 사업에 반대했음에도 B씨가 군수를 만날 수 있도록 주선해주는 한편 B씨에게 유리하게 법령해석을 하도록 후배 공무원에게 영향력을 행사한 것으로 조사됐다.
