10일 JTBC '사건반장'에 따르면 지난 5월 입주한 대구의 한 아파트 곳곳에서 배관 문제로 물이 쏟아지는 일이 벌어졌다.

제보자 A씨는 지하 주차장 누수에 대해 "우수배관에 우수량이 늘어 수압 증가로 인해 벌어진 일"이라고 설명했다.

이를 두고 아파트 측은 "배관에 대한 전수조사를 실시할 예정이며 최대한 재발 방지를 위해 노력하겠다"고 공지한 것으로 전해졌다.

그러나 배관 문제는 이번이 처음이 아니라는 게 A씨의 주장이다.A씨는 "지난달 꼭대기 층 배관에 문제가 생겨 승강기와 비상계단에 물이 줄줄 새어 흘렀다"고 강조했다.

또 A씨는 "누수 외에도 장판 들뜸 등 문제가 많았다"며 "수시로 발생하는 문제에 대한 조치가 미흡해 답답하다"고 하소연했다.
