수백건 하자에 입주민들 준공승인 취소 요구

[사진 출처 = KBS]입주가 시작된 광주의 한 신축아파트에서 수백 건의 하자가 나와 논란이 일고 있다.입주 예정자들은 준공승인 취소까지 요구하는 상황이다.

18일 광주 동구 등에 따르면,야구 플핸언더 양방금남로 H아파트 신축 현장에서 누수,벽지 훼손,야구 플핸언더 양방변기 미설치 등 여러 종류의 하자가 발견됐다.

이미 입주가 시작됐음에도 지하 주차장 벽면에 누수 자국이 남아 있고,일부 세대에서 집 내부 벽지가 뜯겨 있거나 예비 화장실의 변기 설치가 완료되지 않았다.

광주 동구청은 금남로에 위치한 99가구 규모의 H아파트에 대해 지난 4월 25일 준공을 승인했다.

이 아파트는 고급화를 전략으로 3.3㎡당 2300여만원에 분양했는데 인기를 끌지 못하면서 60여세대가 미분양됐다.

분양을 받은 30여세대는 시공 불량 등을 이유로 입주를 거부하고,준공 승인을 낸 동구청에 불만을 터트리고 있다.

입주예정자들은 ▲벽지 마감 불량 ▲화장실 변기 미설치 ▲공용 공간 보수 불량 ▲화장실·거실의 전선 노출 ▲스위치·싱크대·타일 등 마감 상태 불량 ▲계단 손잡이 미고정 등을 주된 하자로 꼽고 있다.

이들은 시공사 측에 하자보수를 촉구하는 한편,인·허가권자인 동구에는 입주 시기 연장을 요청했다.

입주예정자 20여명은 지난 14일 오전에도 동구청 앞에서 항의 집회를 열고 준공 승인 철회 등을 요구했다.

이들은 “계약 당시 프리미엄 아파트라며 상대적으로 비싸게 분양해놓고 정작 하자가 많은 아파트에 입주하라고 한다”며 “입주 시기를 연장할 수 있도록 조처해달라”고 촉구했다.

광주 동구 관계자는 “마감재 등에 대한 하자는 중대한 하자로 보기 어려워 준공 승인과 크게 관련이 없다”며 “행정적 조처가 가능한 부분이 있는지 검토해보겠다”고 말했다.
