수련병원들이 사직을 원하는 전공의들의 사직 시점을 2월로 하기로 합의했습니다.

대한수련병원협의회는 어제(9일) 오후 온라인 회의를 열고 전공의들의 사직 의사를 확인한 뒤 복귀가 아닌 사직을 원할 경우 2월 29일 자로 사직 처리하기로 뜻을 모았습니다.

전공의들은 그동안 사직서 수리 시점을 자신들이 사직서를 낸 2월로 해달라고 요구해 왔습니다.

앞서 정부는 사직서 수리 금지 명령을 철회한 지난달 4일을 사직서 처리 시점으로 하는 것이 원칙이라면서도 병원과 전공의 사이 법률관계에 따라 달라질 수 있다고 밝혔습니다.

이와 함께 협의회는 지방 전공의들이 수도권으로 이동할 수 있는 우려가 있는 만큼 사직한 전공의가 오는 9월부터 다시 수련을 받고 싶다면 동일 권역에 한해 지원할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 복지부에 제안할 예정입니다.
