(서울=연합뉴스) 김아람 기자 = LG전자는 클로이(CLOi) 로봇으로 이달부터 로봇 구독 서비스(RaaS,명장동 로또Robot as a Service)를 본격 시작한다고 1일 밝혔다.

기업 간 거래(B2B) 고객은 공감지능 '클로이 서브봇'을 리테일 매장,명장동 로또호텔,병원,식당 등 공간에서 구독으로 이용할 수 있다.

LG전자는 로봇 구독 서비스를 통해 B2B 고객들의 로봇 초기 구매 비용과 전문적인 제품 관리 및 점검에 대한 부담을 해결한다.

계약 기간 6개월마다 케어설루션 매니저를 통해 제품 상태 점검,외관 파손 점검,외관 클리닝 등 전문 관리 및 서비스를 제공한다.

LG 클로이 서브봇은 6개의 바퀴에 독립 서스펜션을 적용해 액체가 담긴 음식을 싣고도 불규칙한 매장 바닥을 안정적으로 주행한다.

또 라이다 센서와 3D 카메라가 공간을 인식해 복잡한 매장 내 장애물을 회피하며,명장동 로또높이 조절이 가능한 선반에는 40㎏까지 식기를 담을 수 있다.

아울러 LG전자 사내벤처에서 개발한 튀김 요리용 제조 로봇 '튀봇'(TuiiBot)도 구독 서비스로 함께 선보인다.

튀봇은 반죽한 재료를 기계에 올리면 로봇이 자동으로 트레이를 움직이며 사전에 입력한 레시피를 기반으로 조리하는 튀김 요리용 제조 로봇이다.

LG전자의 핵심 사업 포트폴리오로 자리 잡은 구독 서비스 제품 종류는 정수기,냉장고,명장동 로또세탁기 등 생활가전과 TV,노트북에 이어 로봇까지 22종으로 늘었다.

이성진 LG전자 구독영업담당은 "구독경제 트렌드에 맞춰 보다 많은 고객이 LG만의 차별화된 로봇 설루션을 경험하도록 서비스를 지속 강화할 것"이라고 말했다.
