[헤럴드경제=김유진 기자] 목욕탕 여탕에서 다른 여성 이용객들의 알몸을 불법으로 촬영한 중국 여성이 경찰에 붙잡혔다.이 여성 제주도에 관광을 온 무비자 관광객으로 확인됐다.

제주서부경찰서는 성폭력 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(카메라 등 이용촬영) 혐의로 60대 중국인 여성 A씨를 입건해 조사하고 있다고 8일 밝혔다.

A씨는 전날 오전 11시께 제주시 한 목욕탕 여탕 내부를 휴대전화로 촬영한 혐의를 받는다.

신고를 받고 출동한 경찰은 A씨 휴대전화에서 이용객 3∼4명이 찍힌 사진을 확인하고 현행범으로 체포했다.

경찰 조사 결과 A씨는 무사증으로 여행 온 관광객으로 확인됐으며,블록 체인 컴퓨터당시 목욕하던 사람들이 있었지만 아랑곳하지 않고 사진을 찍은 것으로 파악됐다.

경찰 조사에서 A씨는 “목욕탕 내부가 신기해 촬영했다”고 진술했다.

경찰은 A씨 휴대전화에 대한 디지털 포렌식을 진행하는 등 자세한 촬영 동기 등을 조사하고 있다.
