수도권 입주물량은 전월보다도 1만가구 이상 줄었는데 서울과 경기 모두 절반 이상 감소했고 인천의 경우에는 입주 예정 단지가 전무한 영향이다.

부동산R114는 수도권 아파트 전셋값이 2023년 7월부터 계속해서 상승 중이라고 분석했다.

통상 7월은 휴가,강원랜드 카지노 호텔장마 등으로 인한 이사 비수기에 속하지만 입주물량이 2013년 7월 이후 가장 적은 2749가구에 불과하고 7월이면 임대차2법의 4년 계약 만기가 순차 도래하기 때문에 부동산R114는 당분간 전셋값 상승 추세가 이어질 것으로 본다.

수도권 아파트 입주 예정 물량을 지역별로 보면 ▲경기(2266가구) ▲서울(483가구) 순이며 인천은 입주 예정 단지가 없다.

이밖에 지방은 ▲충남(3769가구) ▲대전(3082가구) ▲경남(2510가구) ▲경북(1930가구) 등에서 입주를 시작한다.
