(서울=연합뉴스) 김주환 기자 = NHN의 디지털 마케팅 계열사 NHN애드는 개발 자회사 11시11분을 이달 1일부로 흡수합병했다고 4일 밝혔다.

NHN애드 자회사로 2021년 편입된 11시11분은 마케팅 서비스 및 온라인 광고 플랫폼 전문 기업으로,krok인공지능(AI)와 데이터 분석 기술 경쟁력을 바탕으로 광고주 및 대행사의 광고 효율 개선을 지원해왔다.

주요 기술로는 실시간 입찰 기반의 광고 운영 플랫폼,krok광고 키워드 및 영역을 자동으로 설정해 주는 AI,비정형 이용자 행동 분석 기술 등이 있다.

NHN애드는 흩어져 있던 기술 및 플랫폼을 통합·재편하고 AI 기술에 기반한 차세대 광고 운영 서비스 개발을 가속화하고자 이번 합병을 결정했다고 밝혔다.
