오 씨를 경찰에 신고한 것으로 알려진 전 연인 A씨는 지난 11일 공판에서,신고 당일 오 씨와 있었던 일들을 털어놨습니다.

A씨는 "오 씨에게 약을 사주느라 돈을 다 탕진했다,그를 위해 가족과 지인에게까지 수면제 대리처방을 부탁했다"며 "이제 멈추고 싶었다"고 말한 것으로 알려졌습니다.

A씨는 "그래서 오 씨에게 자수를 권하기 위해 찾아갔는데,오 씨가 돌연 망치를 꺼내들어 자신의 휴대폰을 5차례 내리쳤고,멱살도 붙잡는 등 폭행과 협박을 했다고 진술했습니다.

A씨 역시 필로폰 투약 혐의로 기소된 상태였는데,검사는 A씨에게 징역 2년을 구형했습니다.

재판에서 오 씨는 필로폰 투약과 A씨의 휴대전화를 부순 건 인정했지만 보복 폭행은 부인했고,바카라 퍼펙트 페어변호인도 "A씨가 오히려 소리를 지르는 등 흥분한 상태였다"는 취지로 반박했습니다.

오 씨의 다음 공판은 다음 달 19일에 열릴 예정입니다.
