법사위는 이날 오전 국회에서 방송3법과 방통위법 개정안을 상정합니다.

방송 3법은 방송법·방송문화진흥회법·한국교육방송공사법 개정안을 묶어 통칭한 것입니다.

방통위법 개정안은 방통위 의결 정족수를 현행 상임위원 2인에서 4인으로 늘리는 내용입니다.

이들 법안은 지난 18일 과학기술정보방송통신위원회에서 야당 단독으로 의결됐습니다.

이날 법사위 전체회의에서는 원 구성이 마무리 수순에 접어들면서 국민의힘 의원들이 복귀한 가운데 방송 3법을 놓고 여야가 격돌할 가능성이 있습니다.

민주당은 이들 4개 법안을 묶어 '방송3+1법' 또는 '언론 정상화 4법'으로 부르고 있습니다.

국민의힘은 방송3법을 '좌파 방송 영구장악법',2018 러시아 월드컵 34위전'방송 노영화법'이라고 칭합니다.
