화재 예방형 PLC 모뎀 내장

롯데이노베이트의 자회사 이브이시스(EVSIS·대표 오영식·사진)는 전력선통신(PLC)모뎀을 내장한 완속 충전기가 한국기계전기전자시험연구원(KTC)으로부터 인증을 받았다고 14일 밝혔다.이 충전기는 환경부 주관‘전기차 화재 예방형 완속 충전기’시험에 통과했다.

이번 인증을 받은 모델은 전기차 배터리 화재를 예방하는 PLC 모뎀을 내장한 7·11㎾ 완속 충전기다.전기차 화재 예방형 완속 충전기를 두 타입 보유한 제조사로는 이브이시스가 국내에서 유일하다는 설명이다.

이브이시스의 화재예방형 충전기는 ▷전기차 배터리 충전상태(SoC) 데이터 연동 ▷충전상태 제어 기능 ▷과충전 방지 기능 등 새로운 기술을 적용했다.배터리 상태정보(전압,쓸데없는 물건 월드컵전류,쓸데없는 물건 월드컵온도,쓸데없는 물건 월드컵SoC 등)를 일정 주기마다 자동차에서 수집해 배터리 데이터 관리 시스템에 전송한다.배터리 충전 제어 정보를 수신해 충전을 실시간으로 제어할 수 있다.

이번 인증으로 이브이시스는 기존 급속충전기부터 완속충전기까지 제품 풀 라인업에 PLC 모뎀 적용을 완료했다.이를 통해 에너지 효율성과 안정성을 모두 향상시키며 충전사업자와 충전소 이용 고객에게 안전한 충전 환경을 제공할 수 있게 됐다고 이브이시스 는 설명했다.
