LH 공공전세 전환물량 1600가구 먼저 공급
HUG도 퇴거 등 절차 마친 경락주택 7월 선봬국토교통부는 주변 전세 시세보다 저렴하게 장기간 거주할 수 있는 '든든전세주택' 약 3400가구에 대한 입주자 모집공고를 오는 27일부터 낼 예정이라고 18일 밝혔다.

든든전세주택은 한국토지주택공사(LH)와 주택도시보증공사(HUG)가 수도권 내 연립·다세대·오피스텔 등을 매입해 임대하는 공공임대주택이다.주변 시세 대비 90% 수준의 전세보증금으로 최대 8년간 거주할 수 있다.무주택자라면 소득·자산과 무관하게 입주 신청할 수 있다.

든든전세 공급계획/자료=국토교통부국토부는 내년까지 든든전세주택을 2만5000가구 공급할 계획이다.수도권 2만500가구(서울 7900가구),슬롯나라 ㅣ트위터비수도권 4500가구가 계획됐다.

LH는 전용면적 60~85㎡의 신축 주택을 올해 5000가구,슬롯나라 ㅣ트위터내년 1만가구 등 총 1만5000가구 매입해 든든전세주택으로 공급한다.HUG는 집주인 대신 전세금을 돌려주고 경매 신청한 주택을 낙찰받는 식으로 확보해 1만가구를 공급한다.

입주자 모집공고는 매입을 완료한 주택에 대해 순차적으로 실시한다.지난 14일 기준 LH는 수도권 2414가구(서울 377가구)를 비롯해 총 2860가구를 확보했다.HUG는 수도권에서만 590가구(서울 295가구)를 확보했다.

LH는 2021~2022년 한시 추진한 공공전세주택 잔여물량을 전환해 바로 임대할 수 있는 1600가구에 대해 순차적으로 입주자를 모집할 예정이다.하자보수가 필요한 나머지 물량(1200여가구)은 하반기 중 추가 입주자를 모집할 예정이다.

HUG의 경우 경락주택에서 기존 거주자 퇴거협의,슬롯나라 ㅣ트위터주택 수선 등을 마친 뒤 다음달 24일부터 입주자 모집공고를 실시한다.'LH 청약플러스'나 'HUG 안심전세포털'에서 상세한 내용을 볼 수 있다.
