로또 영상 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

술과 함께 카드 게임을 즐길 수 있는 곳,로또 영상바로 '홀덤펍'입니다.

경찰이 시내 한 홀덤펍을 덮쳐 불법 도박 혐의로 백여 명을 입건했는데,이 가운데 현직 공무원도 여럿 있었습니다.

경찰 수사관들이 전주 시내 한 홀덤펍에 들어섭니다.

[ "지금부터 도박장소 개설 혐의로 압수수색 영장을 집행하겠습니다."]

카드 게임을 하던 탁자마다 칩과 쿠폰이 쌓여 있습니다.

이곳에서 불법 도박을 한다는 첩보를 입수한 경찰이 단속에 나선 겁니다.

[홀덤 게임 참가자/음성변조 : "사람들도 워낙 많았고 맥주도 마시면서 게임도 할 수 있다고 해서 불법이란 인식을 전혀 하지 못했죠."]

업주는 입장료를 받고 칩을 나눠준 뒤,로또 영상우승자가 확보한 칩을 현금으로 바꿔준 혐의를 받습니다.

큰 돈을 딸 수 있단 소문에 한 사람이 수차례에 걸쳐 5천만 원을 쏟아붓는 등,아홉달 간 모인 판돈은 모두 10억 원이 넘습니다.

업주가 칩 대신 환전해 준 상금은 게임마다 백만 원에서 천만 원 사이,이 과정에서 수수료 형태로 1억 2천만 원을 챙긴 거로 파악됐습니다.

[심남진/전북경찰청 형사기동대 2팀장 : "매장 이용권이나 칩이 현금으로 환전되면 그 자체가 불법이 되고요.환전하며 일정 부분 수수료를 떼가면 사행성이 있다고 봅니다."]

유튜브로 게임을 직접 중계하며 손님을 모으고,지인에게 경쟁 업소를 신고하게 한 뒤 대가로 5백만 원을 건네기도 한 업주.

경찰은 40대 업주를 구속하고,로또 영상업장을 관리한 딸과 딜러 등도 함께 조사 중입니다.

손님 백여 명도 입건했는데,이 가운데 7명은 공무원이 끼어 있습니다.

홀덤펍은 지난해 기준 전국적으로 1,로또 영상400여 곳,전북에만 37곳인 가운데,로또 영상일부 업소가 변종 영업으로 사행성 도박의 온상이 되고 있습니다.
