정부가 의료 개혁의 일환으로 중증 수술 수가 등 보상을 크게 늘리고 일반병상을 축소하는 등 상급종합병원의 의료공급 이용체계를 개선하기로 했습니다.

정부는 오늘 제5차 의료개혁특별위원회를 열고 오는 9월부터 상급종합병원 구조 전환 시범사업을 시행하기로 했습니다.

구체적으로는 상급종합병원의 중환자실 수가,저스트슬립호텔중증 수술 수가 등을 올리고,저스트슬립호텔진료협력병원을 지정해 중증과 경증 사이 환자는 회송하게 할 계획입니다.

또 병상 수급 현황,병상 수 등을 고려해 상급종합병원별로 최대 15%까지 일반병상을 감축하도록 할 예정입니다.

이와 함께 전공의의 과도한 근로에 의존하던 기존 구조에서 벗어나 전문의 중심으로 병원을 운영하도록 유도할 방침입니다.
